easyauto123 "$500 Cashback" finance offer

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the "$500 Cashback" finance promotion ("Promotion") offered by Easy Auto 123 Pty Ltd ACN 148 136 314 ("easyauto123", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in this Promotion, customers ("you") accept and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully

1 Eligibility
1.1. This Promotion is open exclusively to Australian residents who purchase a Quality Verified vehicle from easyauto123, either:

● In person at an easyauto123 dealership located in Australia, or
● Online via easyauto123.com.au. 1.2. To qualify for the $500 cashback, you must:
● Purchase a Quality Verified vehicle between 12:01am on 12 May 2025 and 11:59pm on 25 May 2025;
● Use finance arranged directly by easyauto123 through a finance partner who has authorised easyauto123 to introduce customers;
● Take delivery of the vehicle by 31 May 2025; and
● Either waive easyauto123’s 7-day money-back guarantee or not return the vehicle under that guarantee.

2 Cashback Payment
2.1. A single cashback of $500 is available per eligible finance agreement.

2.2. Cashback will be paid via electronic funds transfer to your nominated Australian bank account within 28 days of the later of:
● The date the vehicle is delivered to you; or
● The final day of any applicable cooling-off period, provided the vehicle is not returned during that period.
2.3. To receive the cashback, eligible customers will be sent an SMS containing a secure link to an online claim form. It is the customer's responsibility to complete and submit the required information via this form. Failure to do so within the timeframe specified in the SMS may result in forfeiture of the cashback.

3. Offer Conditions
3.1. This offer applies only to vehicles classified as Quality Verified by easyauto123 at the time of purchase.
3.2. The offer is not available in conjunction with any other finance promotion offered by easyauto123.
3.3. Only vehicles financed through an authorised easyauto123 finance partner are eligible. Finance must be arranged by easyauto123 at the time of purchase.
3.4. The offer applies only to eligible vehicle purchases completed and financed during the specified promotion period and delivered by the stated deadline, whether purchased in-store or online.

4. General
4.1. easyauto123 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
4.2. Any attempt to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in disqualification from the Promotion at the sole discretion of easyauto123.
4.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not participate in the Promotion.
