QLD
A copy of your Queensland Registration Certificate can be sourced by applying online through the Department of Transport and Main Roads website, this will allow you to download or print your certificate. You can also get a replacement by visiting your local Department of Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre.
NSW
If you have opted into Digital Registration your Certificate can be accessed via your MyServiceNSW Account or within the Service NSW app Digital Vehicle Registration. Alternatively, you can order a replacement paper certificate online or at a Service NSW centre, however charges may apply.
ACT
To request a copy of your ACT Registration Certificate, login to your Access Canberra online portal. You can also apply for a record search by filling out a form in person at an Access Canberra Service Centre or by emailing them with your identification.
VIC
Your Victorian Registration Certificate can be found on your most recent renewal notice – within the green box on the second page.

TAS
A digital copy of your Tasmanian Registration Certificate can be sourced online at myServiceTas. You can also get a copy of your certificate at a Service Centre, however charges may apply.
SA
A copy of your South Australian Registration Certificate can be download via SA.GOV.AU website by logging into your account, navigating to "View and manage my vehicles," selecting your vehicle, and downloading the PDF.
You can also visit a Service SA centre to request a copy of your Certificate, however charges may apply.
WA
You can get a copy of your WA Registration Certificate online through DoTDirect, which allows you to download or print a replacement.
Alternatively, you can visit a Driver and Vehicle Services Centre in person with identification. Please note charges may apply.
NT
A Copy of your NT Registration Certificate can be requested online through Territory Services, or by emailing the Motor Vehicle Registry (MVR) at mvr.infosearch@nt.gov.au, or in person at an MVR office. You will likely need to fill out form M10 and pay a possible history search fee.
