easyauto123 "Drive Away $1,000 Better Off" Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The "Drive Away $1,000 Better Off" Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by easyauto123 (Easy Auto 123 Pty Ltd ACN 148 136 314). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

This Promotion is open to Australian residents who purchase a vehicle from easyauto123, either at an easyauto123 dealership in Australia or online at easyauto123.com.au. To qualify, customers must purchase a vehicle between 12:01am AEST on 4 June 2026 and 5:00pm local time on 30 June 2026, arrange finance through easyauto123 at the time of purchase, receive finance approval by 5:00pm local time on 30 June 2026 from a finance provider authorised by easyauto123, complete settlement of the finance agreement and vehicle purchase, and either waive easyauto123’s 7-Day Money Back Guarantee or not return the vehicle under that guarantee.

Eligible customers will receive a single payment of $1,000 per eligible finance agreement. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer to the customer’s nominated Australian bank account within 28 days of the later of vehicle delivery or the expiry of any applicable cooling-off or return period, provided the vehicle is not returned.

Eligible customers will receive an SMS containing a secure link to an online claim form and are responsible for completing and submitting all required information. Failure to complete the claim process within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the payment.

This Promotion applies only to vehicles financed through a finance provider that has authorised easyauto123 to introduce customers. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other easyauto123 finance promotion unless otherwise stated. Finance must be arranged through easyauto123 and approved by the relevant finance provider. Only eligible vehicle purchases that receive finance approval during the Promotion Period will qualify, whether purchased in-store or online.

easyauto123 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice and may disqualify any participant who provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
